I made these rolls for the barbecue pork sandwiches at my Pampered Chef party. Here is the recipe. They very hearty, sweet, and perfect for sandwiches.

This blog is a record of my various simple food ideas and found recipes that I can refer to when needed. I graduated from L'Academie de Cuisine in the Pastry Arts program in 2005 and have enjoyed using the skills I have learned in my own kitchen. I love to cook for my family, friends, and me! These dishes are just quick dinner experiments or fun treats. When I started this blog I already had dozens of pictures that I didn't quite remember the exact recipes. I am trying to record them now with the more recent ones so you can make them yourselves if you feel so inclined. I am constantly trying to improve my dishes and photographs so this sight is a work in progress. Oh man. I am totally trying this, complete. It is one of my life ambitions to bake good rolls. (I realize that if I do, it will be by accident, due to lack of training or any actual research. I just want it to really work out sometime.)
