Shepherds Pie

This and all Turkey meat Shepherds Pie. It pretty much followed this recipe, except I used about half sweet potatoes and half regular potatoes for the topping. It is a great winter meal and we'll probably be making it with our Thanksgiving leftovers as well.

Another pot pie, yet again. I like to make this when I make dinner for people. This one is made with puff pastry instead of pie crust. KC kindly said he likes pie crust better. The lattice one was for them, and the other was for us.

Yep, these are a category all by themselves. I love playing with pie dough and doing different things with it. I have also made this with my puff pastry dough.
