It's so appropriate that a pumpkin cake is made in a bundt pan. It has the pumpkin shape. Here is the recipe I used, and them I smothered it with cream cheese icing. I think everyone likes pumpkin cake. I haven't met someone than doesn't. We took this to our friend's Halloween party.
