These were DELICIOUS. I used sour dough bread, rotissserie chicken, thin shaved ham, and aged white cheddar. That cheese is to die for. It is from Costco and I totally recommend it. I put the open face sandwiches under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown. Man, I want one of those right now.

How are you such a good cook? I mean, I know you went to culinary school and all - but you didn't learn all this stuff there. Man, if only I.... anyway.

paul and i tried these sandwiches and loved them! We added avocado and tomato to them and used provolone cheese instead but they were so yummy. And to top it off we had rice pudding for dessert. It was FHE Emily style...
Emily, I want to make these tonight....what "sauces" did you put on them......
