These are the gingersnaps I made for the crust of this pumpkin tart. I know I could've bought them very easily, and cheaply, but it sounded Christmasy and fun. And I don't think I have made them for years. If I have, I don't remember. I also don't remember and can't find the recipe I used. It was from some website. It might've been this. Sorry to be so vague. These are the types of cookies that can be made such a variety of ways anyway. There are probably millions of great recipes. They made a great crust though.
