This blog is a record of my various simple food ideas and found recipes that I can refer to when needed. I graduated from L'Academie de Cuisine in the Pastry Arts program in 2005 and have enjoyed using the skills I have learned in my own kitchen. I love to cook for my family, friends, and me! Please feel free to browse, but keep in mind that this in not a testament of what I leaned in school. I was taught so many things I wouldn't use on a day to day basis. These dishes are just quick dinner experiments or fun treats. When I started this blog I already had dozens of pictures that I didn't quite remember the exact recipes. I am trying to record them now with the more recent ones so you can make them yourselves if you feel so inclined. I am constantly trying to improve my dishes and photographs so this sight is a work in progress.
